There have been A LOT of HEALTHY changes taking place at "Casa de Cody"!! One of them is that Mom is FINALLY going to quit smoking THIS WEEK! Hooray! She is nervous about becoming even MORE rotund than she already is, so she has been making some important changes to her diet. That is a GOOD thing! Those changes include reading the ingredients that are listed on the food that she stuffs in her face. Sometimes there are bad things hidden there!
